If you have not already Setup transfers please click here.
Create Names for your Transfers:
- Click the Main Menu icon/ Manage Inventory/Transfers
2. On the Transfer page click Transfer Name to create a new transfer:

3. Give the Transfer a unique name.
Then choose the Sending and Receiving Units.
Then Save and Close:

You can now see all your transfers:

Sending a Transfer:
- Click +New to create the actual transfer.
- Choose the Products and Quantity to transfer.
The Transfer screen looks like Invoices and Requisitions.
Once you send the transfer the inventory/prep recipes are automatically added to the receiving unit and depleted from the sending unit.

Need to send the same items over and over?
It's easy to clone a Transfer. Just click the Clone icon in the Actions column next to the transfer you want to clone!
