The Label Export feature allows you to transfer recipe data—including ingredient declarations, nutrition facts, allergens, and PLU codes—between platforms efficiently. Ingredients are listed in descending order by weight, and nutritional values are adjusted to a standard serving size.
This export eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and saves time, especially when managing large datasets.

How To Use Label Export
The Label Export information comprises the total nutrient values of a recipe's ingredients, adjusted to a standard serving size.
Step 1: Activate the Label Interface
First, Activate your Interface.
Step 2: Select Recipes for Export
- Go to Recipe Manager.
- Use the checkboxes in the left-hand column to select the recipes you want to export.
Step 3: Export the Recipes
- From the Interfaces drop-down menu, select Label Export.
- Click Save File.
Please note: The export runs in the background. Depending on file size, it may take a few seconds before the Save File window appears.
Your recipes will be downloaded as an Excel file in CSV format, ready for import into your label printing software.
