reciProfity’s pay-as-you-need model offers a cost-effective and customizable solution. Each plan includes only essential features, so you’re not paying for services you don’t need. When additional components become necessary, you can selectively add them to tailor the software to your evolving business needs.
The following interfaces are available as add-ons:
Step 1: Add Components to Your Subscription
Visit the Billing Portal to add the extra component to your subscription
Step 2: Associate Components With a Unit
- Click the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Manage Users & Units.
- Click Units.
- Click the blue Edit icon for the unit.
- Enable the checkboxes for the features you activated in the Billing Portal.
- Click Save.
These features will appear in the Recipe Manager under the Interfaces drop-down menu.
Step 3: Configure Catering and Label Export
For Catering and Label export:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Setup, then click Options.
- From the sidebar, choose Catering Export and select either Caterease or reciProfity Standard (if not using Caterease).
- Scroll down and click the green Save button.
- In Recipe Manager, check the recipes you want to export using the left-hand column checkboxes.
- From the Interface button, choose either Catering Export or Label Export.
The export file will appear in your downloads folder, ready for import into catering or label printer software.

reciProfity created the Nutritional Export so all the recipes and nutritional information is centralized and doesn’t need to be duplicated. Use cases include:
- Publishing nutrition facts on your website or commerce site
- Providing nutrition info to customers on-site
- Enhancing signage with key nutritional data
To export:
- From the Interfaces drop-down menu, select Nutrition Export.
- The Excel file will appear in your downloads folder.
Step 5: Use Production Import
The Production interface allows you to conduct production imports recipe orders using the PLU and quantity to produce. This instantly converts requests into production sheets, which can also deplete inventory.
Use cases include:
- Centralized kitchens receiving orders from outlets
- E-commerce platforms generating production sheets
- Streamlining restaurant delivery operations
To import:
- Create a spreadsheet with recipe PLUs and quantities.
- Import it into reciProfity to generate production sheets and reports.
