Mistakes happen, and reciProfity makes it easy to fix them. If you import an order guide and realize something’s off, you can undo the import and start fresh.
How To Preview and Import an Order Guide
- After uploading your order guide, you’ll land on the Preview screen.
- If you plan to import most products, click Check All and uncheck any items you don’t want.
If you only need a few items, click Uncheck All and select just the ones you want. - Review each item carefully. If any fields are blank, you’ll need to manually enter the missing data before importing.
- When you're ready, click Import. All selected items will be saved as new ingredients in your database.
- After importing, you may want to review the new ingredients to fill in missing details or merge similar products into a single ingredient.
How To Undo an Import
If you realize there was an error after importing—don’t panic! Click Undo Import to delete all updates associated with that import and start over.
⚠️ Once you leave the import screen, you won’t be able to return to it. reciProfity does not maintain a history of order guide imports.
To double-check your import, click the blue link next to each ingredient name to preview its details.
