This guide walks you through the complete process of exporting an order guide from Sysco Shop or eSysco and importing it into reciProfity. Uploading your order guide will automatically populate your ingredients, including purchase details and pricing—saving you time and reducing manual entry errors.
Exporting the Order Guide From Sysco Shop

Log in to your Sysco Shop account.

From the top menu, choose Lists → Order Guides.

Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen and select Export List.

In the File Format dropdown, choose FoodTrak, then click Export.
- This will download a Sysco-formatted file that starts with G and ends with .700.
Importing the Order Guide Into reciProfity

Open reciProfity and go to Order Guides from the dashboard or left-hand menu.
- reciProfity includes templates for the following supported vendors:
- Select your vendor from the list. For example, for Sysco, you would choose:

Choose the exported file from where it’s saved on your system.

Preview the import to confirm that all fields are in order. You can either choose to import all items or check only the ones you want to import.

Click on an ingredient name to verify that all fields have been imported correctly.

If the data looks good, you’re done! You can upload another order guide or return to the dashboard.
