The admin, or the person with this Right, can whitelist IP addresses that can access reciProfity.
This means that if you have the Right to access reciProfity you can only do it from the IP address that has been set in reciProfity.
Admins and account owners automatically have access to reciProfity without needing to have their IP address whitelisted.
To give another user the ability to set IP Whitelist go to Gear/Manage Users and Units and determine which User Group should get this Right. If only the owner or admin should have this Right then DO NOT give it to any other User Group.
To whitelist IP address:

2. Scroll down in the sidebar to IP Whitelist:
3. Check Enable IP Whitelist:
At the bottom of the screen click 
4. Add IP address to be whitelisted. Click Gear/Setup and scroll down to IP Whitlelist:
5. Enter the IP addresses to whitelist:
On the upper right of the screen click 
6. Restrict Users by IP address.
Only users at the whitelisted IP address can use reciProfity.
Click on Gear/Setup/ Manage Users and Units/ Users & Connections:
Locate the user and click their email address, then check the box next to Restrict User by IP. Click Save.

Now this user can only use reciProfity from the associated IP address or addresses.
