Setup Interfaces - Catering Export, Label Export, Nutrition Export, and Production Export

Before using the interfaces you will need to associate them with a unit.

Click on the Gear/Manage Users and Units/Units.

Choose the blue edit icon for the unit:

Click to Activate the Interface and then click 

 Remember to click

All of these Interfaces can be found in Recipe Manager under the Interfaces pull down:

Catering and Label Export:

1. For the Catering Export, if you are using Caterease:

Click the Gear/Setup/Options

From the Sidebar choose Catering Export and check Caterease. Don't forget to scroll down and click Save .

2. In Recipe Manager, check the recipes you would like to export using the check boxes in the left hand column.

 2. Then choose either Catering Export or Label Export.

Your finished download will appear in your downloads folder. You can now import that file into your catering or label printer software.

Nutrition Export

Nutrition Export will export ALL your recipes nutrition information to an Excel spreadsheet.

1. Choose Nutrition Export from the pull down.

Your finished Excel spreadsheet will appear in your downloads folder.

Production Import

This interface imports recipe 'orders' so you can instantly convert those requests into production sheets (which can then deplete inventory). Imagine the efficiencies when you can go from orders to production (and reporting) without keystroking! Here are some scenarios:

• Your centralized production kitchen that is taking orders from outlets. Outlets can simply create a spreadsheet with their orders which you then import and generate a consolidated production sheet in the kitchen.
• Your online store receives on-line orders for your prepared foods. Generate a .csv or  spreadsheet from your e-commerce platform, and simply import into reciProfity
• You are growing your restaurant delivery business, and want to streamline production. Import sales and you're on your way!
