Managing your reciProfity subscription is straightforward and can be done through the Billing Portal. Whether you need to update your credit card information, change your subscription plan, add new interfaces, or cancel your plan, the Billing Portal provides a convenient and secure way to handle these tasks. Billing Portal Features
In the Billing Portal, you can:
- Update your credit card information
- Change plans (upgrade or downgrade)
- Add interfaces (Configure)
- Cancel your plan
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your subscription plan, your subscription will reflect a "Pending Cancellation" status until the end of your billing period. This means you will continue to have access to the product(s) and features until your subscription plan expires at the end of your billing cycle.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided, even if you were not using reciProfity. This Refund Policy is in addition to, and not in lieu of, our User Agreement. This Refund Policy is subject to change at any time.
HOW TO: Access the Billing Portal
- Select the Person icon located in the upper right corner.
- Select Subscription.
- Select the Billing Portal link.
- Enter your email address in the Email field to receive a link to the Billing Portal.
- Once you receive the login link, you will have access to the Billing Portal.
