In addition to Inventory reports (Actual Usage, Ideal Usage, On Hand and Variance) you will find Journals with each of the following:
Invoices
Purchase Orders
Waste Tracking
Requisitions
Transfers
The Journals can be found on the top right of each of the above screens in the blue Tools box:
You can drag and drop any column heading to sort and report.
For example, to sort by SuperGroup in an Actual Usage report drag the SuperGroup column heading to the top row. You will now see all ingredients sorted by SuperGroup and totals for each SuperGroup
