reciProfity includes built-in Journals for tracking activity across key inventory functions. These Journals are available in the following areas:
- Invoices
- Purchase Orders
- Waste Tracking
- Requisitions
- Transfers
You can access the Journal for each function by clicking the blue Tools box in the top right corner of the corresponding screen.
Sorting and Reporting by Column
You can sort and group report data by dragging any column heading to the top row of the report.
For example:
To sort an Actual Usage report by SuperGroup, drag the SuperGroup column heading to the top row. The report will then display all ingredients grouped by SuperGroup, along with totals for each group.
Adjusting Grid Layout for Export and Print
You can adjust the width of grid columns by dragging the column borders to narrow or widen them. These changes are saved and will replicate in exported and printed reports. This allows you to customize the layout based on your preferences before exporting or printing.
