Choose your recipe and click the Edit button.
Scroll down to the Yield/Portion section (it is just below the Method).
You will have 2 options:
1) Adjust - this will scale a Prep, Serving, or Menu recipe:
Enter the quantity you want to scale for a new Yield (up or down) and then click Scale.
2) Multiply - this is only for Prep recipes:
You can also multiply the recipe. For example, if you need to triple the recipe, instead of trying to calculate how much to scale, just type in 3, and reciProfity will calculate the new Yield.
Click the green Scale button.
All the ingredient quantities and units will change.
If you do not Save the recipe, it will revert to its original yield.
