Do you sell soda, beer or wine in individual cans or bottles? Or any item that you purchase from your vendor and do not use in a recipe?
reciProfity makes it easy to create a Salable Item WITHOUT having to create a recipe.
In the Edit Ingredient screen do the following:
1. If you will be importing your POS info then enter the PLU associated with the POS PLU.
2. Enter your salable items as you purchase them:
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen below the Products section. Click the down arrow to open the Saleable box
4. We display your Target Food Cost based on the Food Cost % you choose in The Optimizer.
Enter your sales price and we'll calculate your Actual food cost percentage.
