Do you make batch/prep recipes by the pound and then sell them in smaller weights?
For example a Chili recipe that you prep as 15 lbs but then sell by the lb or 1/2 lb?
1. Create a Prep recipe that yields 15 lbs of the Chili
2. Now create a serving recipe that you sell by the pound:
If you will then be importing your sales data to determine how many lbs you sold just make sure you enter the PLU code to match the code in your POS.
