1. Click Gear/ Setup/ Options
2. Scroll down to QuickBooks Settings.

QuickBooks Default Account
3. Having a Default Account lets the Export continue even if you forget to enter a SuperGroup/GL code. Use the QB name.
4. Enter your Tax and Freight GL names exactly as they are in QB, if you use them. reciProfity will export those from your invoice also.
Connect to QuickBooks
Click the Connect to QuickBooks button: 
This will link reciProfity to your QuickBooks online account.
