The Sales Mix Report helps answer questions like:
- “What products have we sold the most this quarter?”
- “How much did we invest to prepare that dish last year?”
It provides insight into which recipes are profitable and which are not, supporting better menu and inventory decisions.
Understanding the Report Layout
The report divides serving recipe data into two sections:
Left Side: Item-Level Details
- PLU
- Sales Date
- Category
- Serving Cost
- Food Cost Percentage
- Selling Price
- Contribution %
Right Side: Sales Activity
- Quantity Sold
- Extended Cost
- Extended Sales
- Extended Contribution
- Notes
Filter and Export
- Use the Date Range to filter sales activity by time period.
- Export the report to PDF or Excel for sharing or further analysis.
