Adding New Users/Connectors

If you have purchased additional Users/Connectors for your subscription, you can add them to your reciProfity account by:

1.Clicking the gear icon, clicking on "Manage Users", then select "Users & Connections".

2. On the following screen, click the green "+ New User" button

Enter the user's e-mail address and, if applicable, assign them to a group (click here for more information on creating user groups). You can always do this later.

Then click "send an invitation". The new user will set up their password when they receive the invitation. 

Once the new user accepts their invitation and sets up their password they will be able to access reciProfity!
