When you cancel your subscription plan, your subscription will reflect a "Pending Cancellation" status until the end of your billing period. This means that you will continue to have access to the product(s) and features until your subscription plan expires at the end of your billing cycle.
We’re sorry, but no other refunds will be offered or made available, even if you were not using reciProfity. This Refund Policy is in addition to, and not in lieu of, our User Agreement. This Refund Policy is subject to change at any time.
Please follow the steps below to cancel your account through the billing portal.
1) From your reciProfity account, click on your username in the upper right-hand corner. From the pulldown menu, select "Subscription".
2) On the following page, click on "Billing Portal".
3) In the next window, enter your email address and click "Get Login Link Via Email". Then click on the billing portal invitation link that will arrive in your email.
4) Once you are in the billing portal, click "Cancel" next to Plan Details. Then follow the steps to confirm your cancellation.
