You will need to have a credit card on file in order to change your plan.
1. Click on the Person icon on the top right of reciProfity
2. Click on the Billing Portal link.
3. If your credit card is on file you will see the Change Plan option.
(If you do not have a credit card on file you will NOT see the Change Plan option. Please click on Update Payment Method to enter credit card)
4. Click the Change Plan tab. You will now be able to change your plan.
Choose your new plan and click Update. You will see your new charges and subscription renewal date.
If you cannot change your plan for some reason no worries!! Just give us a call or send us an email email@example.com. Let us know which plan you want and if you want an annual or monthly renewal and we'll make the change for you.
