You will need to have a credit card on file in order to add options to your plan.
1. Click on the Person icon next to the Gear icon at the top right of your screen.
Click Subscription.
2. Click on the Billing Portal link.
You will receive an email link to the Billing Portal.
3. If your credit card is on file, you will see the Configure option.
If you do not have a credit card on file, you will NOT see the "Change Plan" option. Please click on "Update Payment Method" to enter your credit card.
4. Click the Configure tab. You will now be able to add options to your plan.
5. Select your new options and click Update. You will see your updated charges and subscription renewal date.
If you are unable to change your plan for any reason, don't worries! Just email us at support@reciprofity.com. Please let us know which plan you prefer, and whether you want an annual or monthly renewal, and we will make the necessary changes for you.
