You can customize your plan by adding optional features, but a credit card must be on file first. Once your payment method is set, follow these steps to update your plan:
- Click on the Person icon location in the upper right corner of the screen and click Subscription.
- Click on the Billing Portal link.
- You will receive an email link to the Billing Portal.
- If your credit card is on file, you will see the Change Plan option.

- Click the Configure tab to add options to your plan.
- Select your new options and click Update. You will see your updated charges and subscription renewal date.
If you are unable to change your plan for any reason, don't worry! Just email us at support@reciprofity.com. Please let us know your business name, which plan you prefer, and whether you want an annual or monthly renewal. We will make the necessary changes for you.
