The admin (generally the person who purchased reciProfity) has Rights to all the functions of the program.
But you may have other users who you would like to access the software. But you may NOT want them to access everything, or edit everything.
In order to do this each user must have their own logon. That's how reciProfity will know which Rights each user has.
After you've added new users you can create new User Groups. And then assign the new user to the User Group that has ONLY those Rights you want them to.
1. Click the Gear icon on the top right of the screen.
Click Manage users
Click User Groups
2. Click New User Group
3. Give this Right a name and then Click the down arrow next to Abilities
4.Click next to each Right you WANT the new user be able to access
If you want that user to have most rights sometimes it's easier to click Select All and then UNcheck the ones you don't want them to have!
You can now associate any new User/Connectors to those Rights.
