The Account Owner, the person who purchased reciProfity, has Rights to all program functions.
Please be aware of the following regarding Admin Rights: The account owner has full access to all functions. The account owner can grant Admin Rights to other users, but those users are not allowed to create User Groups or manage Units. This restriction is in place to protect the rights of the account owner.
When multiple users access reciProfity, you can manage their access with User Group profiles. Each User Group is assigned specific User Rights, which limit users’ access based on the privileges associated with their group profile. It is best practice for each user to have personal login credentials. This ensures that users only have access to features that match their responsibility level and allow their user profile to be deactivated promptly when an employee is terminated.
If you want a user to only have the rights to read and print recipes and nothing else, then choose the Digital Recipe Book user group profile.
If you want the user to have additional rights, please see the information below:
Creating User Groups and Rights
You should create user groups and user rights before adding new users. Do this in the main Unit.
1) Click the Gear icon located in the upper right corner.
Click Manage Users
Click User Groups
2) Click New User Group
3) Assign a name to this User Group and then click the down arrow next to Abilities.
4) Click each User Right that you want the user group profile to access.
If you want to grant a user the most permissions, it's often easier to click Select All and then uncheck the ones you want to deny.
