New feature! Need to request a transfer of goods without actually moving the products from one unit ti another? Transfer suspend (or internal order requests) gives you the option to create and suspend a transfer before going on to save it (thereby moving the product) at a later date.

New feature! Use only a percentage of a recipe line item in nutritionals. Let's say you use a brine in a recipe. The brine is a fixed cost but only a certain amount is actually absorbed in the final recipe. We can now display the nutrition based on the percentage that is actually used in the recipe- while keeping the cost accurate. See more about it here.
Add your own nutrition information for prep recipes! Prep recipes now have a nutrition field where you can add your own nutrition and override the nutrition calculation for your prep recipes.
New! Add or remove items from locations or sub-locations while in the edit screen of an item. You no longer need to make those edits from the counts screen only!
Have new items that you need to add to counts? Easily view all items not assigned to locations by choosing "Show Products Without Locations" in the Products screen.

Add items on the fly to counts! You can now search for products while taking a count and add them right into your count sheet!
Drag and drop ordering now available in counts! Order your products any way you like within locations and sub-locations.
New user right: Edit only (without the ability to save). You can give users the right to edit and print recipes (useful for scaling!) but once they close out of the recipe, it will revert to the original.

More descriptive messages added for relay recipe errors when unable to find matching product in receiving unit.
Users were able to save multiples of the same count. Now the "save" button becomes inactive after the first click.

Inventory report recall performance has been sped up for faster reporting.
In certain recipe cloning cases, we may have copied the wrong method for the recipe. Please note that this does NOT affect ingredients or any other part of the copied recipe, only the method.
So if you’ve used the recipe copy feature AND you enter recipe methods, it’s worth checking those recipes’ methods

Decimal on the numeric keypad does not work for the SELLS FOR price in a recipe. Numerical keypad now functions correctly.
Invoices and Requisition journals exporting to Excel only printed the first page. This has been fixed so no matter how long the journal is all items will export and display.

Fixed- If your Dashboard shows a total number of recipes but that number does not match in Recipe Manager.
This was caused when using the inline editing and making changes to a Prep recipe.
When the Prep recipe is saved it is not passing the recipe type parameter called Prep recipe.
After the save the dashboard acknowledges the total number of recipes but the Recipe Manager is not seeing the Prep recipe parameter of the edited recipe.
Temporary fix - Run a Bulk Reprice restores the index so you will see all the recipes.
Permanent fix - In progress and testing. Should be updated 7/21/17

USDA conversion displays automatically when adding by ingredient name or USDA code field
When saving a new ingredient or product, if the description field is blank, it will fill with the same data that is in the pack size.

Needs a fix: Custom Nutrition - when using a custom nutrition ingredient in a recipe this still displays as an Exception, Missing USDA code. Will be fixed in next release.
Here are a few bugs we're working on while you're testing the beta version.
They should not affect you but you should know about them:
1. Known bug to be fixed - scaling works fine. But if you accidentally press scale a second time after scaling, the units of measure revert to the original scaling but the Yield stays at the new scaling level.
