Book of Yields is included in reciProfity; you can select a Book of Yields item and all its conversion and prep info will be imported.
More pricing flexibility
A single inventory item can be packed in any number of ways. reciProfity will price it properly when you select an alternate vendor with a different pack.
Prep recipes have multiple units and can have shrinkage
Lots of changes to nutrition
USDA 2017 rules including formatting, added sugars, etc.
Added fields for labels: number of servings, serving size, weight, added sugar.
Assign inventory groups as 'non nutritional' so items in those groups (such as packaging) don't appear as nutrition exceptions.
Lots of changes in Inventory and Recipe Managers:
Select/deselect columns
In-line editing for many of the fields
Options are remembered
Drag and crop column names for multi-level sorting
Filter for blank, e.g., what inventory items don't have a vendor?
Counts
Opening counts not required; reciProfity assumes a 0 opening count.
Counts: since reciProfity is 'in the cloud', you have full mobility when doing counts. You probably will never print a count sheet again!
Count the freezer! Even if you don't have a signal, reciProfity will keep the count open, and you'll still see your extensions. When you have a signal, you'll be able to save your count. But being out of range will not interrupt your count at all.
Count templates: instead of selecting the locations you want to count every time you take inventory, you can store count templates. So if you have weekly and monthly counts in different locations, simply select that template, and those locations will be selected for you.
As you enter counts, extensions by group and location are displayed and instantly updated.
Sub-locations: these are now stored with the location, and are selectable when you assign products to locations.
More key features for enhanced user experience
Drag and drop ingredients when editing a recipe
Save and stay in recipes and all transactions, so there's less chance to lose that long count you entered!
Longer name fields
Full editing of ALL transactions, including counts, adjustments, and invoices. There is an editing right if you want to restrict this.
Data Optimization
After converting your data, you can merge items. So where you have 2 different 'sugars' in CostGuard because they are packed differently, you can merge them into the same 'sugar' in reciProfity.
You can also merge groups. So if you import new items from a supplier and include THEIR groups, you can merge that group with a current group. You won't need to edit each item.
Better tools to get the most out of your data
Search Engine logic is used widely to provide intelligent results: inventory manager, recipe manager, recipe entry, invoices, etc. You don't need to click 'full text search' for a different set of results. The intelligent search will find all matches and let you select.
Recipe Analyzer report; sorts your selling recipes by percentage in and out of the money. It's like the Recipe Pricing Report, but is a clickable and sortable list of the recipes.
Invoice history and actual usage are presented in grids that you can fully manipulate. This year’s invoices sorted and totaled by Vendor? Just a few clicks. Actual usage sorted by Supergroup and THEN by group? Instantly available.
Since each inventory item is associated with any number of products, you get a truer on-hand and actual usage calculation. ALL of your white granulated sugar, regardless of pack size, are reported together, since they are products of the same inventory item.
Transfers
Cloning uses any previous transfer as a template
Option to include sent transfers as actual or ideal usage
A customizeable transfer journal
Transfer names include sending and receiving unit; this speeds up data entry
Full editing/deleting of transfers (based on rights)
